| 摘 要： | 目的：分离制备毛冬青三萜类化合物ilexgeninA，并初步探讨其药理活性，为阐明毛冬青的活性成分提供实验依据。方法：综合运用柱层析和重结晶法等分离纯化方法进行化合物的制备，采用^1H和^13CNMR波谱分析的方法对化合物的结构进行鉴定；小鼠口服给予不同剂量的ilexgeninA，通过考察其对凝血时间、出血时间、小鼠耳廓微循环血流速度的影响评价其药理活性。结果：ⅡexgeninA各剂量组与对照组相比，对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间均无明显影响（P〉0．05）；ⅡexgeninA中、高剂量（50、100mg·kg^-1）组对小鼠耳廓微循环无明显影响，但低剂量组（25mg·kg^-1）可显著加快小鼠耳廓微循环血流速度（P〈0．05）。结论：小鼠口服给药后，ilexgeninA未显示出明显抗凝效果，但能促进小鼠耳廓毛细血管开放，改善微循环，其机制尚需进一步研究。
