摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定肉桂油微乳中桂皮醛含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18,柱温25℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(33∶67),检测波长285 nm,流速1.0 ml.min-1。结果桂皮醛在28.8~100.8μg/ml(R2=0.999 9)浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为101.29%,RSD为1.45%。结论HPLC测定桂皮醛方法便捷、准确、重复性好,可用于肉桂油微乳含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of cinnamicaldehyde content in cinnamon oil microemulsion.Methods C18 was adopted,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%Phosphoric acid(33/67,V/V),the UV detection wavelength was set at 285 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml /min and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 28.8~100.8 μg/ml(R2= 0.999 9).The mean recovery was 101.29% and RSD was 1.45%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate for determination of cinnamicaldehyde content in cinnamon oil microemulsion.
