溃疡性结肠炎中医辨治认识理论模型的内容分析法重构

目的重构溃疡性结肠炎中医辨治认识的理论模型。方法采用内容分析法的文献研究设计方案,基本研究过程为明确文献研究对象、抽取文献样本、确定分析单元、制定内容分析工具、中医辨治认识的内容分析、定性与定量统计处理、解释比较、构建理论模型。结果目标文献242篇,分析了整体和局部治疗的中医辨病、辨证规律,初步重构了中医辨治溃疡性结肠炎的理论框架。结论中医辨治有辨病、辨证、辨症之分,可以实现相对的规范统一,内容分析法有助于这一问题的解决。

Theoretical Model for Reconstruction of Chinese Medical Understanding of Ulcerative Co-litis by Content Analysis

Objective To reconstruct the theoretical model of understanding for ulcerative colitis based on Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The research design of content analysis was used in our literature review,in which the basic study process included the identification of review objects in literature study,method for literature sampling,confirmation of analytic units,development of study tools for content analysis,the content analysis for understanding of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,qualitative and quantitative statistic analysis,explanation and comparison,and construction of theoretical model.Results 242 papers were reviewed in the study.The primary theoretical model of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment for ulcerative colitis was established,which covered the holistic and partial disease diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine.Conclusion There are various methods in Chinese diagnosis and treatment,such as disease diagnosis,syndrome diagnosis and symptom diagnosis,which can be relatively standardized and unified,and the content analysis method provides a good solution for it.
