摘    要:目的:建立灵芝孢子胶囊质量控制方法。方法:采用显微镜鉴别破壁灵芝孢子。采用TLC法鉴别灵芝。利用硫酸-蒽酮显色,采用紫外分光光度法在波长625nm处测定制剂中多糖的含量。结果:显微镜下可明显观察到卵形孢子。TLC色谱可明显鉴别灵芝。灵芝多糖在5.25~31.50μg·ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8(n=6);平均回收率99.07%,RSD=1.08%。结论:定性、定量方法简单、快捷、可靠、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the quality control method of ganoderma spore capsules. Method: Ganoderma spore was identified by a microscope. Ganoderma was identified by TLC. The coloration was used with sulphuric acid-anthrone, then ganoderma polysaccharide in ganoderma spore capsules was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 625 nm. Result: The ovoid spore could be observed by the microscope and ganoderma could be identified by TLC. A good linear range was shown over the concentration range of 5. 25- 31, 50 μg· ml^-1 (r = 0. 999 8 ). The average recovery was 99.07% with RSD of 1.08%. Conclusion: The method is sample, rapid, reliable and accurate. It can be applied in the quality control of the preparation.
