硫普罗宁注射液与3种输液的配伍稳定性考察

目的：探讨硫普罗宁注射液以0．9％氯化钠注射液、5％葡萄糖注射液、10％葡萄糖注射液为稀释剂，临床配伍的稳定性。方法：按临床使用方法，将硫普罗宁注射液与0．9％氯化钠注射液、5％葡萄糖注射液、10％葡萄糖注射液按比例配制的待测液，分别于避光（输液瓶用铝箔包裹）与不避光条件室温（25℃）放置0，2，4，6，8h，对其进行溶液外观、pH、不溶性微粒、含量及有关物质检查。结果：避光条件下，在0～6h内混合液各检测指标均无明显变化，8h时有关物质增加；在不避光条件下，O-2h内混合液各检测指标均无明显变化，4h时有关物质明显增加。结论：硫普罗宁注射液与0．9％氯化钠注射液、5％葡萄糖注射液、10％葡萄糖注射液配伍，避光条件下6h、不避光奈件下2h内使用稳定、安全。

Study on the Compatible Stability of Tiopronin Injection and Three Transfusions

To study the compatible stability of tiopronin injection with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection,5% and 10% glucose injections. Method： According to clinical application method,tiopronin injection was mixed with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection,5% and 10% glucose injections at room temperature （25℃ ） with or without light. The appearance and clarity,pH value,insoluble particles, content and relative substances of tiopronin injection were determined at 0,2,4,6 and 8 h, respectively. Result： The relative substances had no significant change at room temperature without light for 6 h while increased at 8 h. The relative substances had no significant change at room temperature with light for 2 h while significantly increased at 4 h. Conclusion： The tiopronin injection mixed with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection,5% and 10% glucose injections is stable and safe in 6 h without light or 2 h with light in clinic application.
