参芎葡萄糖注射液联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性观察

目的：观察临床治疗急性脑梗死使用参芎葡萄糖注射液联合银杏叶提取物注射液的效果及安全性。方法：采用随机数字表法将64例急性脑梗死患者分为观察组与对照组，每组32例。对照组单独使用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗，观察组采用联合用药治疗方式（参芎葡萄糖注射液+银杏叶提取物注射液），对比两组的治疗效果与不良反应。结果：治疗后观察组血液流变学各项指标均较稳定，相关指标水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的神经功能损伤评分均有所降低，观察组整体情况更佳（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：临床治疗急性脑梗死给予这两种药物联合使用，治疗效果及安全性均较高，值得推广。

Observation of Curativ e Effect and Safety of Shenxiong Glucose Injection Combined With Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection for ACI

Objective:To study the clinical effect and safety of Shenxiong glucose injection combined with extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection for ACI. Method:64 ACI patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases each group. The control group took the extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection;observation group combined Shenxiong glucose injection with the extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection. The treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Result:The index of hemorheology of observation group was stably lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The neurologic severity scores of two groups were reduced; the scores of observation group were better than that of control group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was compared (P>0.05).Conclusion: The combined therapy has a higher effect and safety in clinical therapy. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
