药师干预在促进临床抗菌药物合理使用中的应用价值分析

目的：分析药师干预在促进临床抗菌药物合理使用中的应用价值。方法：选择我院2014年1～6月收治的临床住院呼吸科肺炎患者640例，分为观察组和对照组，每组320例。观察组给予药师干预，对照组不进行药师干预。对比观察两组的住院时间、抗菌药物费用以及住院费用情况，并且比较抗菌药物的应用情况。结果：观察组住院时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组抗菌药物费用和住院费用均显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组应用抗菌药物的种类显著少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用药师干预措施能够有效促进临床抗菌药物的合理使用，减少患者的抗菌药物费用，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用，值得推广。

The pharmacist intervention in promoting clinical rational use of antibiotics in the application of value analysis

Objective: To study the application value in the analysis of pharmacist intervention to promote clinical rational use of antibiotics in. Conclusion: using the pharmacist intervention measures can effectively promote the clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs , reduce the patient's drug cost, shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization expenses, it is worth to promote the implementation of.
