| 摘 要： | 目的：对老鹳草颗粒剂中的有效成分总鞣质进行定性分析及含量测定。方法：采用超声波-丙酮提取明胶沉淀法，对老鹳草有效成分总鞣质进行提取分离，加辅料，制颗粒剂，采用薄层色谱法对老鹳草颗粒剂的活性成分总鞣质进行定性鉴别，同时采用络合滴定法测定总鞣质的含量。结果：定性鉴别证明，老鹳草颗粒剂含有鞣质，总鞣质的含量为13．69％。结论：该定性鉴别和含量测定方法安全可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To perform the qualitative analysis of, and determine the total tannin content in geranium granules. Methods: The total tannin of Geranium granules was extracted, with addition of auxiliary stuff to make granules. TLC was used in qualitative identification of total tannin of Geranium granules, -and EDTA titration was used for assay of total tannin. Result: The qualitative analysis showed that tannins could be detected with its content of 13. 69%. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, and can be used for quality control of its preparation. |
