脑梗死患者血清脑钠素的变化及临床意义

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清脑钠素（BNP）水平变化及临床意义。方法收集50例急性脑梗死患者,分别在发病后ld,14 d采集血标本,应用ELISA方法检测BNP浓度的改变。并与健康对照组进行对照。同时经颅多普勒（TCD）检测血流动力学变化,并且分析BNP的表达量与血流阻力指数（RI）、流速（Vm）的相关性。结果脑梗死患者BNP血清浓度明显高于健康对照组（173.6±57.8 vs 64.3±28.9;134.6±51.7 vs 64.3±28.9,P〈0.01）,不同梗塞面积患者BNP浓度也差异有显著性（第1d,F=6.574,P=0.009;第14d,F=4.994,P=0.022）。BNP与血流阻力指数（RI）呈正相关（r=0.882,P=0.004）,BNP与血流流速呈负相关（r=-0.273,P=0.02）。结论急性脑梗死患者血清BNP水平明显升高,血清BNP水平与脑梗死的严重性有关,梗死体积越大,BNP水平越高。急性脑梗死患者血清BNP水平与血流阻力指数（RI）正相关,与血流流速呈负相关。

The changes and clinical significance of brain natriuretic peptide in patients with acute cerebral infarction
