| 摘 要： | 目的探讨“O”型孕妇产前血清IgG抗A（B）抗体效价检测的意义以及动态监测它与新生儿溶血病之间的关系。方法对914例“O”型孕妇产前血清kG抗A（B）抗体进行检测，并对其中384例在孕20、24、28、32、36周做了动态监测。结果新生儿溶血病的发病率随孕妇产前血清IgG抗A（B）抗体效价的升高而增加，并且动态监测抗体效价升高2个及以上滴度时新生儿溶血病的发病率为92．3％。结论产前对AB0血型不合的夫妇进行检测，尤其是对“O”型孕妇血清IgG抗A（B）抗体效价水平做动态监测，对预防和治疗新生儿溶血病有重要的临床意义。
