| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨端粒酶与胃癌的关系。方法 :分别对胃癌手术患者取胃癌组织、癌旁组织和正常胃粘膜组织 ,用PCR -ELISA法检测端粒酶活性。结果 :胃癌组织端粒酶阳性率高于癌旁组织和正常胃粘膜组织 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :活化的端粒酶在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起了促进作用 ,同时端粒酶的检测对胃癌诊断具有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the possible role of telomerase in the development of gastric cancer. Methods Tissue samples from the cancerous portion of 84 gastrectomy specimens were tested with PCR-ELISA for telomerase activity. For comparison, 20 random samples from mucosa adjacent to cancer and 12 samples from distant normal mucosa were also tested. Results Telomerase activity was positive in 66 of the 84 cancerous tissue samples (78.6%), but in only 3 of the 20 samples from adjacent mucosa (15.0%) and 1 of the 12 samples from normal mucosa (8.3%). The difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Activated telomerase may play a significant role in promoting the development of gastric cancer. |
