摘    要:在大量实验的基础上,根据Fick原理,设计了适合用SPECT和脑灌注显像剂~99mTc-ECD定量测定全脑血流量(CBF)和局部脑血流量(rCBF)的两种数学模型。在采血法数学模型中主要修正了脑平衡时间,改进了N值测定法;在非采血数学模型中采用头颈部平面像,由颈总动脉影像求得动脉血中~99mTc-ECD的浓度;提出SPECT断层像和平面像之间计数率的比例关系。用两种数学模型测得CBF和rCBF近似文献值。

Abstract:Based on the Fick principle and lots of experiments mathematical models were deviaed for quantifying cerebral flow (DBF) and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) by SPECT and perfusion agent 99m Tc-ECD. The balance time of brain was revised and N value measarement of 99mTc-ECD was improved in mathematical of model of sampling blood. A cephalo-cervical planar image was used to measure concetration of 99mTc-ECD in arteral blood by common carotid atery, and the proportional relationship between SPECT transverse and planar images were decided in mathematical model of non-sampling blood. CBF and rCBF value quantified with both mathematical models were similar to referenaces.
