肝外梗阻性黄疸减黄手术前后血清锌浓度动态变化的研究

对35例肝外梗阻性黄疸(良性11例、恶性24例)患者进行了减黄手术前后血清锌浓度动态变化的研究。结果表明:肝外梗阻性黄疸患者血清锌低下;减黄术后第1天血清锌下降,以后渐回升,第5天恢复到术前值,第7天达正常水平,其变化与胆道梗阻性质无关;减黄术后血清锌的升高与血清总胆红素下降有负相关关系;肝外梗阻性黄疸患者血清锌低者减黄手术前后应补锌。

THE DYNAMIC CHANGES OF SERUM ZINC LEVELS IN EXTRAHEPATIC OESTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE BEFORE AND AFTER OPERATION FOR REDUCING JANUDICE

We,by means of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, airacetylene flame, studied the dynamic changes of serum Zinc levels in 35 cases of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice(11 cases of benign type, 24 cases of malignant type) preoperatively and postoperatively, Theresults showed that (1) there were decreased serum Zine levels in patients with extrhepatie obsturctive jaundice; (2) 1 day after the operation the patients had decreased serum Zine levels, then the serum levels were gradually increased to the preoperative levels 5 days after the operation and to normal levels 7 days after the operation. The preoperative and postoperative dynamic changes of serum Zine levels were not related to the causes of biliary tract obstruction; (3) there was a negative correlation between the postoperative elevated serum Zine levels and decreased total serum bilirabin levels in patients with extrhapatic obstructive jaundice; (4) The preoperative and postoperative Zine administrations were necessary for the patients with extrahepatie obstructive jaundice.
