声门上型喉癌与会厌间隙受累：附118例全喉连续切片分析

对118例声门上型喉癌进行全喉连续切片观察,重点对会厌间隙受累及的途径、程度和范围进行分析。其中会厌间隙受累90例,占76.3%;累及会厌间隙的途径以经会厌软骨小孔及经会厌根部为主;累及会厌间隙的范围以部分占据会厌间隙为主,占46.6%;声门上型喉癌的最大直径与会厌间隙受累之间成正比关系。会厌、会厌室带癌均大于2cm,一经临床诊断均已侵犯会厌间隙,临床上难以早期发现。

SUPRAGLOTTIC CANCER EXTENDING TO THE PREEPIGLOTTIC SPACE:AN ANALYSIS OF 118 CASES BY SERIAL SECTION OF THE WHOLE LARYNX

One hundred and eighteen cases of supraglottic cancer were studied by the use of whole organ serial section in order to observe the characters of the supraglottic cancer extending to the preepiglottic space. There were 90 cases (76.3%) that invaded the preepiglottic space with 34 out of 36 cases (94.4%) of the epiglottic cancer, 32 out of 42 cases(76.2%)of the epiglotticventricular cord cancer. The majority of the cases (61.1%, 55/90 cases) invaded the Preepiglottic space with a style of passage both the hole and the base of the epiglottic cartilage. The passage of passing through the hole of the epiglottic cartilage is a early stage that to invade the preepiglottic space is emphasized in the article.
