| 摘 要： | 采用分光光度法及离体小鼠皮的透皮吸收实验,重点观察了速效去痛霜的透皮吸收情况。结果表明,该药透皮吸收效果较好,随时间延长,透皮率逐渐增加。氮酮对该药的透皮吸收有明显促进作用。

| Abstract: | The penetration of Su Xiao Qu Tong Shuang (SXQTS), a dermatologic preparation with a potent analgesic anti-inflammatory effect was studied in isolated mouse skin by spectrophotometry. The results showed that SXQTS had an effective penetrating action through the skin. The ratio of penetrance showed a marked time-dependent relationship.Azone, a component of SXQTS, could facilitate the drug tested to penetrate through the skin. |
