铅对胎鼠甲状腺功能及仔鼠行为发育影响的研究

摘    要:本文以醋酸铅作为受试物,将受孕大鼠随机分为20mg/kg、40mg/kg、60mg/kg3个剂量组和对照组;将受孕小鼠随机分为试验组(60mg/kg)、阴性对照组和甲基硫氧嘧啶组(25mg/只/次)。从大鼠受孕第13天,小鼠受孕第10天腹腔注射染毒,隔两天1次,共3次。甲基硫氧嘧啶组灌胃,共3次。实验结果表明,试验组胎鼠血清和羊水T_3、T_4水平及仔鼠平均体重明显下降,试验组和甲基硫氧嘧啶组仔鼠多种神经行为发育明显延迟于对照组仔鼠。说明,铅对胎鼠甲状腺功能、仔鼠体重增长以及多种神经行为发育有明显的抑制作用。铅对胎鼠甲状腺功能的影响可能是仔鼠神经行为和智力发育迟缓的重要原因。

Abstract:Lead was administered to pregnant rats intraperitoneally (ip) at 24, 40 and 60 mg/kg from the 13th day of pregnancy for three times every other day. Leod (at 60 mg/kg ip) and methylthiouracil (25mg per os) were administered to pregnant mice from the 10th day of Pregnancy for The same times as above. It was showed that levels of serum T3, T4 of embryo rats, amniotic fluid T3, T4 and average body weights of newborn mice decrcased significantly and several neurobehavior developments of newborn mice in lead and methylthiouracil groups were obviously slower than that in control group. The result indicated that hypothyroism caused by lead might be the important cause for the wnderdevelopmemt in neurobehavion and intelligence in newborn mice.
