微小RNA-100在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨微小RNA-100(microRNA-100,miRNA-100)在胃癌患者组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系.方法:提取50例胃癌及其癌旁非肿瘤组织标本的总RNA,采用TaqMan探针实时荧光定量PCR方法检测miRNA-100的表达量;并分析其与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理学特征的关系.结果:胃癌及配对癌旁非肿瘤组织中miRNA-100的相对表达量分别为1.31±0.69和0.74±0.36,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).胃癌组织中miRNA-100的表达在年龄、性别、肿块大小、肿块位置、分化程度、淋巴结转移以及TNM分期中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:miRNA-100在胃癌中的异常表达可能与胃癌的发生有关.

The expression of microRNA-100 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

Objective:To detect the expression of microRNA-100(miRNA-100) in gastric cancer and its relation with clinicopathologic features.Methods:The total RNA in 50 gastric cancer tissue specimens and non-tumor adjacent tissue specimens were extracted, the expression levels of miRNA-100 were detected by TaqMan real-time quantitative PCR assay.The correlations of miRNA-100 expression and differentiation and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer were analyzed.Results:The expression levels of miRNA-100 in gastric carcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue were 1.31±0.69 and 0.74±0.36, respectively, the difference of which was statistical significance(P<0.01).The differences of miRNA-100 expressions in age, gender, tumor location, tumor size, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The abnormal expression of miRNA-100 may be associated with the occurrence of gastric cancer.
