二种途径卵巢手术的临床研究

目的探讨腹腔镜手术的可靠性及优越性。方法对卵巢肿瘤病人37例行腹腔镜手术治疗与同期34例开腹手术治疗进行术中术后情况比较。结果腹腔镜组术中出血、术后镇痛、下床活动、肛门排气时间及术后住院日明显少于开腹组（P〈0．01），但手术时间和术中费用长于或高于开腹组（P〈0．01）。结论腹腔镜手术具有腹壁创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点，但术中费用高。在病人条件允许的情况下，选择腹腔镜手术是较理想的手术方法。

Clinical Research of Two Operation Mode for Ovary Tumour

Objective To testify the reliability and superiority of celioscope operation for ovary tumour. Methods The contemporaneous clinical data of 71 cases with ovary tumour were analyzed retrospectively. 71 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly: group A (n=37, treated by celioscope operation) and group B (n=34, treated laparotomy). Results The amount of bleeding in operation of group A was lesser than that of group B (P<0.01). The functional recover time of bowel and the length of postoperative hospital stay of group A were shorter than that of group B(P<0.01). The pain after operation of group A is much light than group B. The operation time of group A was longer than that of group B (P<0.01). The cost of operation of group A was higher than that of group B (P<0.01). Conclusions Celioscope operation has excellence of less wound and good effect, and can be selected if patient's economic condition permits.
