烧伤合并代谢功能障碍的手术切削痂治疗

目的探讨烧伤合并代谢功能障碍的治疗方法.方法对26例烧伤合并代谢功能障碍患者进行烧伤创面切削痂植皮,以减少烧伤毒素,促进创面修复,促进代谢功能.结果治疗23例、死亡3例;术后1周观察,23例代谢功能障碍恢复,2例减轻,1例无效;完成手术后,一般经过1周代谢功能障碍可获控制.结论对于烧伤合并代谢功能障碍,及时采用手术治疗,不仅利于代谢功能的恢复、也是保证患者最终康复的重要手段.一旦烧伤病人出现代谢功能障碍,应尽早进行烧伤创面切削痂植皮术修复深度创面.

Crust-resection therapy on burn combined with dysbolism

To study the treatment of burn combined with dysbolism.26 cases of burn combined with dysbolism received crust-resection therapy and skin-transplant in order to reduce burn toxin, promote the healing of wound and the function of metabolism.The metabolic balance of 23 cases returned to normal, 2 cases improved and 1 case failed, 3 cases died. One week after the operation, the dysbolism were under control.Conclusion]For the burn combined with dysbolism, crust-resection therapy is beneficial for the recovery of metabolism function. Crust-resection and skin-transplant should be carried out as soon as possible when dysbolism arises in burned patients.
