| 摘 要： | 目的:研究严格的检查前准备工作对改善磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)质量的应用价值。方法:15例志愿者归入本次实验研究工作,均于第1次空腹2h直接行MRCP检查,于第2次经严格的准备工作后行MRCP检查,两组检查均采用相同的成像序列及参数获得图像。经资深影像科医师对两组图像进行评级后做统计学分析。结果:采用非参数检查Raddit分析,未准备组Raddit值的均数为0.225,准备组Raddit值的均数为0.775,P<0.0001。结论:严格的检查前准备工作可使磁共振胰胆管成像质量显著改善。
