| 摘 要： | 本文就与脑缺血耐受机制的相关因素：凋亡相关基因，热休克蛋白，兴奋性氨基酸，炎性细胞因子，神经营养因子，钙钾离子以及信号传导通路进行了论述。并论述了针刺对脑缺血保护的作用，及其对脑缺血耐受机制可调性的展望。

| Abstract: | This article discusses factors related to cerebral ischemia tolerance mechanism, apoptosis-related genes, heat shock protein, excitatory amino acid, inflammatory cytokine, neurotrophic factors, and calcium and potassium ions and signal transmission passage and also the protective effect of acupuncture on ischemic brain and the prospects for the regulation of cerebral ischemia tolerance mechanism by acupuncture. |
