胎膜早破孕妇羊水白细胞介素6水平的研究

目的　探讨胎膜早破患者羊水白细胞介素 6(interleukin- 6 ,IL - 6)水平与羊膜腔感染的关系。方法　用放射免疫法测定 30例胎膜早破孕妇和 2 4例正常足月妊娠未临产孕妇羊水中的IL - 6浓度 ;两组孕妇均于产后留取胎膜送病理检查 ,确定有无绒毛膜羊膜炎。结果　胎膜早破组羊水IL - 6浓度为 0 .60 7± 0 .2 73ng/ml,明显高于对照组 0 .2 30± 0 .0 89ng/ml,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;经病理证实的绒毛膜羊膜炎组羊水IL - 6为 0 .478± 0 .2 85ng/ml,非绒毛膜羊膜炎组为 0 .30 9± 0 .2 31ng/ml,P <0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性。结论　胎膜早破、绒毛膜羊膜炎孕妇羊水IL - 6水平显著升高 ,可作为临床诊断早期绒毛膜羊膜炎的指标

Interleukin-6 levels in amniotic fluid in pregnant women with premature rupture of fetal membranes

Objective To study the relationship between interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels and the amniotic cavity infection in pregnant women with premature rupture of fetal membranes. Methods A radioimmunoasay (RIA) was used to measure the IL-6 concentration in amniotic fluid in 30 pregnant women with premature rupture of fetal membranes and in 24 with normal term pregnancy before parturient. In the two groups, the fetal membranes postpartum were kept for pathology examination to prove the remaining of chorioamnionitis. Results IL-6 concentration in amniotic fluid was 0.607±0.273ng/ml in the premature rupture of fetal membranes group, and was obviously higher than that in the control group (0.230±0.089ng/ml), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The IL-6 in the chorioamnionitis group was 0.478±0.285ng/ml, and 0.309±0.231ng/ml in the non-chorioamnionitis group, there was statistically significant difference between them, P<0.05. Conclusions The IL-6 levels in amniotic fluid in pregnant women with premature rupture of fetal membranes and chorioamnionitis increased significantly, so it could be taken as an index to clinically diagnose early chorioamnionitis.
