| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中分化抗原151(CD151)蛋白表达的临床意义.方法对38份手术切除的NSCLC组织标本和20份良性病变肺组织标本用流式细胞术检测CD151蛋白表达水平,同时检测细胞增殖指数(PI)、S期分数(SPF).结果NSCLC癌肿组织中CD151表达水平、PI、SPF值较肿块边缘组织、肿块远处组织和肺良性病变组织高(均P＜0.01),且CD151表达水平与PI、SPF值呈正相关.CD151表达水平在腺癌显著高于鳞癌,而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分期、淋巴结有无转移等情况无相关性.结论CD151表达增高使NSCLC细胞增殖活性加强,与NSCLC发生发展密切相关,这种相关性在腺癌中尤为明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD151expression in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods CD151protein,proliferation index(PI)and S-phase fraction(SPF)in resected tissue samples from38NSCLC patients and20patients with benign conditions were detected by flow cytome-try.CD151protein expression was compared with cell proliferation indicators(PI and SPF).Results The ex-pression of CD151as well as PI,SPF in NSCLC tissue was significantly higher than that in resected margin,distant tissue of carcinoma and benign lesions.CD151expression showed a positive correlation with PI and SPF.Among all NSCLCs,CD151expression in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adenocarcinoma.Conclusions The increase of CD151expression may enhance the proliferation activity in NSCLC,especially in adenocarcinoma.[ |
