超声显像对妇科囊性肿块鉴别诊断的研究

目的 探讨超声显像对盆腔囊性肿块鉴别诊断的价值。方法 应用超声显像诊断１０９例盆腔肿块并与术后病理结果对照，并分析误诊原因。结果 超声诊断与术后病理诊断符合率为９１．７％（１００／１０９），误诊率为８．３％。结论 女性盆腔肿块中甘些肿瘤具有典型的声像图表现，超声可作出较准确诊断。部分盆腔肿块声像图不具有特征性，单从声像图判断困难，还需结合临床综合分析进行鉴别。

Differential Diagnosis of Pelvic Mass by Ultrasonography

Objective To study the differential diagnosis value of ultrasonography for pelvic mass Methods 109 patients with pelvic mass underwent the ultrasound examination and operation We studied comparatively the results of the ultasound and pathology Results The coincidence rate of them was 91 7%(100/109)while the misdiagnosis rate was 8 3% Conclusions Ultrasound images of some types of pelvic mass are typical,for which the ultrasound can to some extend make a accurate diagnosis However,most of the pelvic masses have no typical shows on ultrasound So we must combine other clinical imformation in order to make a correct diagnosis
