摘    要:目的研究IL-21对慢性乙型病毒型肝炎患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的促抗体分泌作用以及促B细胞增殖作用。方法以流式细胞术检测体外培养基线水平0 d和7 d的PBMC中B淋巴细胞的增殖及分化情况;用ELISA法检测培养上清液中HBeAb-IgG水平。结果①体外培养7 d后,各刺激组的B淋巴细胞均有明显增殖(P<0.01);与0 d时比较,IL-4与IL-21刺激组增殖最为显著(P<0.05)。②培养7 d后,各刺激组均可检测到HBeAb-IgG分泌,其中以IL-21刺激组产生的HBeAb水平明显增高,差异显著(P<0.05);而IL-4与IL-10刺激组无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论 IL-21具有促进B淋巴细胞增殖和HBeAb-IgG分泌的作用,在HBeAg(+)慢乙肝患者HBeAg血清学转换中可能发挥一定作用。
