远程医疗会诊的适用范围与效果分析

目的：分析远程医疗专家会诊的主要适用范围及其会诊效果。方法：采用我院自行研制的以电话线为主的双向可视远程医疗会诊系统。结果：分析２１０例会诊病例，其中指导临床诊治的有２００例次，占９５．２４％；解决专科疑难问题的有１５０例次，占７１．４３％；有助于提高网点医疗水平的有１６０例次，占７６．１９％；及时解决转院治疗的有１０例次，占４．７６％。结论：在电话线上实现的远程会诊技术是优于传统书面会诊方式的一种新的会诊形式，简便、可靠、高效。

The applicable coveraqe and effect analysis of telemedicine consultation

Objectives: To analyse the main applicable coverage and the effect of telemedicine consultation. Methods: We used a twoway vision telemedicine system made in our own hospital and depended chiefly on telephone lines. Results: 210 cases were analysed, of which 200(95.24%)were advised on clinical diagnosis and treatment; 150(71.43%) were managed as difficult special diseases; 160(76.19%) were helpful to improve the work of the network stations; 10(4.76%)were timely transferred to other hospital for treatment. Conclusions: Telemedicine consultation has been realized on telephone lines and proved applicable, the new form of consultation is better than the traditional form of written consultation.
