前列地尔对原发性扩张性心肌病患者心功能的疗效观察

目的 观察在常规治疗的基础上加用前列地尔（PGEI）对改善原发性扩张性心肌病心功能的影响和安全性。方法 将50例符合诊断标准的原发性扩张性心肌病患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组25例，对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用生理盐水150ml＋前列地尔100μg静注，每日1次，治疗2周为一疗程。于治疗前后检测ET、左室射血分数（EF）、左室短轴缩短率（FS）、每搏量（SV）和每分钟心排血量（CO），并与正常对照组比较。结果 治疗组心功能改善明显并优于对熙组（P〈0．05）；治疗组ET水平明显降低并低于对照纽（P〈0．05），其血浆ET变化与心力衰竭程度成正比。结论 前列地尔对改善原发性扩张性心肌病心功能的疗效优于一般常规药物治疗，前列地尔可作为治疗原发性扩张性心肌病的辅助药物。

Effect of Prostaglandin E1 ( PGE1) on the Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM)

Objective To evaluate the effect of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on the patients with primary dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods 50 patients with DCM who were randomly divided into conventional therapy group and PGE1 therapy group(25 patients per group),were involved in this study,Plasma ET and ejection fraction(EF),fractional shortening(FS),stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO) were detected before and after two weeks of intravenous instillation of PGE1 in 25 patients with DCM and the results were compared with that of the control.Results The cardiac function of the PGE1 therapy group improved markedly(P<0.05) while the plasma ET level gradually decreased as well(P<0.05).Conclusions PFE1 has a beneficial effect on heart function in patients with DCM,and may act as an adjuvant drug for the disease.
