联合检验骨髓细胞和血小板参数诊断血液病的价值

目的:对联合检验骨髓细胞和血小板参数在诊断血液病的应用价值进行分析。方法:将2017年10月~2018年10月某院收治20例血液病患者作为研究组,另选取同一时期进行健康体检的24例健康人群作为对照组,均予以骨髓细胞与血小板参数的检验,对比两组受检者检验结果。结果:(1)AL、ITP、AA受检者PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);ITP受检者MPV高于对照组(P<0.05);AL、AA受检者MPV水平与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05);AL、ITP、AA受检者PLT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);ITP、AA受检者PCT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);AL受检者PCT水平与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。(2)AL、ITP、AA受检者血小板数量分布无正常堆积分布的情况,其巨核细胞以幼稚型与零个为主。结论:联合检验骨髓细胞及血小板参数在诊断血液病中有着重要的应用价值,极大地提高了诊断准确率,值得应用。

Value of Combined Detection of Bone Marrow Cells and Platelet Parameters in Diagnosis of Hematological Diseases

Objective:To analyze the value of combined detection of bone marrow cells and platelet parameters in the diagnosis of hematological diseases.Methods:20 patients with hematological diseases in a hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study group,and 24 healthy people who came to our hospital for health examination at the same period were selected as the control group.The parameters of bone marrow cells and platelets were tested,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)The levels of PCT in AL,ITP and AA patients were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of MPV in ITP patients were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of MPV in AL and AA patients were not different from those in the control group(P>0.05);The levels of PLT in AL,ITP and AA patients were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of PCT in ITP and AA patients were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of PCT in AL patients were not different from those in the control group(P>0.05).(2)There was no normal accumulation and distribution of platelets in AL,ITP and AA subjects,and their megakaryocytes were mainly immature and zero.Conclusion:The combined detection of bone marrow cells and platelet parameters has important application value in the diagnosis of hematological diseases,which greatly improves the diagnostic accuracy and is worthy of application.
