血脂生化检验中运用分级检验的效果分析

目的:探讨血脂生化检验中运用分级检验的效果。方法:采集2018年3月~2019年11月接收的142例血液样本,随机分为传统组与研究组,每组各71例,传统组运用常规拉网式检验方法,研究组运用分级检验法,分析各组检验后血脂生化检验指标、检验阳性率情况。结果:在LDL-C、APOA-1、APOB等生化检验指标上,研究组各项指标与传统组差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在LDL-C、APOA-1、APOB等检验阳性率方面,研究组各项比例明显多于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分级检验可以有效的提升血脂生化检验的准确性,整体的检验水准更为理想。

Analysis of the Effect of Graded Test in Blood Lipid Biochemical Test

Objective:To explore the effect of graded tests in blood lipid biochemical test.Methods:71 blood samples received from March 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into a traditional group and a research group,with 71 cases in each group.The traditional group used a conventional pull-net test,and the research group used a hierarchical test.To analyze the blood lipid biochemical test indicators and test positive rate of each group after the test.Results:In biochemical test indicators such as LDL-C,APOA-1,APOB,the indicators in the study group were significantly different from the traditional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);In LDL-C,APOA-1,APOB and other tests In terms of positive rate,the proportion of each group in the study group was significantly more than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Graded tests can effectively improve the accuracy of blood lipid biochemical tests,and the overall test level is more ideal.
