优质护理服务对妊娠期高血压综合征患者妊娠结局和睡眠质量的影响

目的:分析优质护理服务对妊娠期高血压综合征患者的影响.方法:选取广州市花都区妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期高血压综合征患者1 12例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56 例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给以优质护理.结果:实施优质护理产妇的各不良妊娠结局的发生率都比对照组更低,2 组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后观察组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及睡眠质量评分分别为(6.64 ±1.62)分、(6.13 ±1.54)分和(8.35 ±2.02)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:优质护理服务能够降低妊娠期高血压综合征患者的各种不良妊娠结局,同时改善其睡眠质量.

Effect of Quality Nursing Service on Pregnancy Outcome and Sleep Quality in Patients with Hypertensive Syndrome During Pregnancy

Objective:To analyze the effect of quality nursing service on patients with hypertension syndrome during pregnancy.Methods:A total of 112 cases of pregnant hypertensive syndrome patients admitted to maternal and child health hospital in huadu district,guangzhou were randomly divided into observation group and control group,56 cases in each group.Results:the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality in the experimental group were(6.64±1.62),(6.13±1.54)and(8.35±2.02),respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:quality nursing service can reduce various adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with hypertensive syndrome during pregnancy and improve their sleep quality.
