摘    要:目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年4月~2018年4月某院收治的78例小儿肺炎患儿,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组。结果:治疗后观察组39例患儿肺功能改善程度均明显优于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);两组均无发生严重不良反应,观察组39例患儿不良反应发生率与对照组较为接近,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿肺炎患儿中应用常规补液、抗感染联合盐酸丙卡特罗、盐酸氨溴索治疗,可有效缓解和消除小儿肺炎临床症状,值得临床应用和推广。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of ambroxol hydrochloride and procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods:78 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected. They were divided into two groups by random number table method. Results: After treatment, the improvement degree of lung function of 39 children in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group of 39 children was significantly close to that of the control group, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The application of conventional rehydration and anti-infection combined with procaterol hydrochloride and ambroxol hydrochloride in children with pneumonia can effectively alleviate and eliminate the clinical symptoms of pneumonia in children. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
