不同剂量雌激素联合天然孕酮治疗围绝经期综合征的效果比较

目的:探讨不同剂量雌激素联合天然孕酮治疗围绝经期综合征的效果。方法:选取某院妇科收治的110例围绝经期综合征患者,随机分为两组各55例。A组服用低剂量雌激素联合天然孕酮,B组服用标准剂量雌激素联合天然孕酮,观察治疗4个周期后的卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)水平、围绝经期症状Kupperman评分、药物不良反应,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后,A组有效率为83.64%,B组有效率为92.73%,两组有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05);A组FSH水平高于B组,E2水平低于B组(P<0.05);A组Kupperman评分与B组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);A组患者阴道流血、乳房胀痛发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量和标准剂量的雌激素联合天然孕酮均可以改善患者的围绝经期综合征症状,低剂量和标准剂量疗效相当,但低剂量不良反应更少。

Effects Comparison of Estrogen with Different Doses Combined with Natural Progesterone in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndromes

Objective:To investigate the effect of estrogen with different doses combined with natural progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal syndromes.Methods:110 patients with perimenopausal syndromes admitted to the department of gynecology in a hospital were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.Group A was given low dose estrogen combined with natural progesterone,while group B was given standard dose estrogen combined with natural progesterone.The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2),perimenopausal symptoms Kupperman score and adverse drug reactions after 4 cycles of treatment were observed.The curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the response rates in group A and group B were 83.64%and 92.73%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the response rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of FSH in group A was higher than that in group B,while the level of E2 was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Kupperman score between group A and group B(P>0.05).The incidence of vaginal bleeding and breast distending pain in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both low-dose and standard-dose estrogen combined with natural progesterone can improve the perimenopausal syndromes.The curative effects of low-dose and standard-dose are comparative,while low-dose has less adverse reactions.
