电子阴道镜在宫颈上皮内瘤变诊断中的影响探讨

目的:研究在宫颈上皮内瘤变诊治中电子阴道镜的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析200例从2016年1月~2018年10月于某院妇科门诊行电子阴道镜下活检或诊断性LEEP的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床相关资料。结果:对200例患者行电子阴道镜检查,其中所得图像的总清晰度为97.50%(195/200);以组织病理学诊断(金标准)为评估依据,非CIN(慢性宫颈炎、息肉、HPV感染等)、CINⅠ级以及CINⅡ~Ⅲ级与可疑浸润癌的诊断总符合率分别为49.00%、24.00%、14.50%、1.50%。此外,对200例患者实施以电子阴道镜诊断结果为依据的治疗方案后,其临床治疗总有效率为93.50%。结论:电子阴道镜成像清晰度高,利于医护人员辨别参考,从而能够进一步明确宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的病情,为后续治疗方案的确立提供准确可靠的参考依据,不断提高患者的临床疗效,加快其健康恢复速度,值得临床借鉴和大力推广。

Effect of Electronic Colposcope in the Diagnosis of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

Objective:To study the value of electronic colposcope in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who underwent electronic colposcopy biopsy or diagnosed LEEP in the outpatient department of gynecology of a hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the 200 patients were examined by electronic colposcopy.The total resolution of the images obtained is 97.50%(195/200);With histopathological diagnosis(the gold standard)as evaluation basis;The CIN(chronic cervicitis,polyp,HPV nfection,etc.),CIN I level and CIN II^III level with suspicious diagnosis of ductal carcinoma total coincidence rate was 49.00%,24.00%,14.50%and 1.50%respectively.In addition,the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.50%after 200 patients were treated with the treatment program based on the diagnosis results of electronic vaginoscopy.Conclusion:Electronic colposcopy is of high definition,which is beneficial for medical staff to distinguish references,so as to further clarify the condition of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and provides accurate and reliable reference basis for the establishment of follow-up treatment plan,continuously improves the clinical efficacy of patients,and speeds up their recovery,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
