线技术联合脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的应用

目的探讨线技术联合面部自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法选自2018年3月至2019年3月收治的36例面部皮肤松弛伴软组织缺失且无颧弓过高过宽的求美者,根据皮肤松弛的部位及软组织凹陷程度行中、下面部PPDO聚对二氧环已铜线埋置于SMAS浅面,同期联合脂肪移植填充面部(额、颞、颧、颊、颏、上睑、睑颊沟、颧颊沟、鼻唇沟及泪槽沟等)凹陷。分别于术后即刻、1 d、1周及术后1、3、6个月评价面部改善以及并发症发生情况。结果术后面部改善优良率为91.67%;并发症包括3例轻度凹凸不平,未予处理,1~2周后自行缓解;2例均因1根线材断裂致局部皮肤凸起,经针刺破口取线后痊愈,未影响术后效果;1例行二次透明质酸填充后满意。所有求美者均无全身性不良反应以及严重并发症发生。结论线技术联合自体脂肪移植应用于面部年轻化,其安全性较高,创伤较小,并发症较少,术后效果较好。

Application of line technology combined with fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation

Objective To explore the efficacy of line technology combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation.Methods From March 2018 to 2019,36 patients with facial skin laxity,soft tissue loss and without too high or too wide zygomatic arch were selected.According to the site and degree of skin laxity,PPDO lines were embedded in the superficial surface of SMAS in the mid-face and and lower face.Fat transplantation of facial depression and groove(forehead,temporal region,zygomatic region,cheek,chin,upper eyelid,palpbromalar groove,zygomatic and cheek groove and nasolabial groove)was performed at the same time.Facial improvement and complications were evaluated at immediately,1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.Results The excellent and good rate of facial improvement after operation was 91.67%.The complications included 3 cases of mild unevenness and no treatment was given.These complications were spontaneously relieved after 1 to 2 weeks.There were 2 cases of local skin bulge caused by line broken and healed after line removal through puncture.The efficacy was not affected.No systemic adverse reactions and serious complications were occurred in all patients.Conclusion The application of line technology combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation had high safety,less trauma and fewer complications.The postoperative improvement was obvious.
