摘    要:目的:探讨LED灯在小儿桡动脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法:将200例新生儿随机分为对照组和观察组各100名患儿,对照组应用常规方法进行穿刺,观察组应用LED灯照射整个手腕部定位法进行穿刺,观察并比较两组桡动脉穿刺方法的一次穿刺成功率、动脉成功穿刺用时、穿刺时和穿刺后1min的疼痛程度以及血肿发生情况。结果:观察组的一次穿刺成功率99.00%,明显高于对照组的86.00%,成功穿刺时间明显少于对照组,穿刺时和穿刺后1min的NIPS评分低于对照组,轻度血肿发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的重度血肿发生率与对照组无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:LED灯能有效提高新生患儿桡动脉穿刺成功率,有助于提高新生儿科的工作效率,减轻患儿的疼痛感和提高护理质量。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of LED lamp in radial artery puncture in children.Methods:200 neonates were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 children in each group.The control group was punctured by routine method,while the observation group was punctured by the positioning method of LED lamp irradiation on the whole wrist.The success rate of one uncture of radial artery puncture,the time of successful puncture of artery,the degree of pain at puncture pand 1 minute after puncture and the occurrence of hematoma were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The success rate of puncture in the observation group was 99.00%, higher than that in the control group (86.00%). The time of successful puncture was significantly less than that in the control group. The NIPS score at puncture time and 1 minute after puncture was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of mild hematoma was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the incidence of severe hematoma between the observation group and the control group, P >0.05. Conclusion: LED lamp can effectively improve the success rate of radial artery puncture in neonates, it is helpful to improve the work efficiency of neonatal department, reduce the pain of children and improve the quality of nursing.
