心脏停搏患者院前急救规范运用心肺复苏术的临床研究

目的:对院前急救规范运用心肺复苏术在心脏停搏患者中的应用效果进行分析。方法:将2016年2月~2019年2月某院收治100例心脏停搏患者作为本次研究对象,根据收治顺序将其分为对照组与实验组,分别采取常规心肺复苏治疗与规范运用心肺复苏术进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:(1)对照组与实验组患者治疗总有效率(74.0%VS92.0%)比较,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)实验组患者自主心跳恢复时间比对照组患者少,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:院前急救规范运用心肺复苏术在心脏停搏中有着重要的意义,极大的提高了抢救成功率,并缩短了自主心跳恢复时间,值得推广。

Clinical Study on the Application of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Pre-Hospital Emergency Treatment for Patients with Cardiac Arrest

Objective:To analyze the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in cardiac arrest patients with pre-hospital emergency treatment for patients with cardiac arrest.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cardiac arrest admitted to a hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the admission order.Conventional cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)were used respectively,to compare the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(74.0%vs 92.0%)(P<0.05).2.The recovery time of spontaneous heartbeat in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in pre-hospital emergency treatment is of great significance in cardiac arrest,which greatly improves the success rate of rescue and shortens the recovery time of autonomic heartbeat,which is worth popularizing.
