针刺配合刮痧疗法治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床研究

目的:探索针刺配合刮痧疗法治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床疗效.方法:选取2018年5月至2019年4月长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院脑病康复科疗区收治的脑卒中后失眠患者72例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例.观察组予针刺联合刮痧疗法,对照组予右佐匹克隆片口服.结果:2组患者睡眠质量评分、神经功能症状缺损评定量表(NDS)、Barthel指数(BI)评分治疗后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访1个月后2组比较,观察组睡眠质量评分、Barthel指数评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05).2组患者总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:针刺配合刮痧疗法治疗脑卒中后失眠,能够有效提高患者睡眠质量,疗效显著,尤其在远期疗效方面显示出较明显的优势.

Clinical Study of Acupuncture with Scrapping Therapy for Poststroke Insomnia

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with scrapping therapy for poststroke insomnia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with poststroke insomnia were enrolled from May 2018 to April 2019 at the 3rd Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM and divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method.The study group was given acupuncture combined with scrapping therapy,and the control group was given dexzopiclone tablets orally.Results:Sleep quality score,neurological defect scores(NDS)and Barthel index(BI)scores before and after treatment of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1-month-follow-up,the sleep quality score and BI score of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in total effective rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with scrapping therapy for poststroke insomnia can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients.It shows advantages in the long-term efficacy.
