摘    要:目的:分析有创-无创序贯通气在重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年2月~2019年12月某院重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者64例,将采用传统有创机械通气的31例患者作为对照组,将采用有创-无创序贯通气的33例患者作为研究组,对比两组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率。结果:研究组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);研究组VAP发生率6.06%(2/33)较对照组25.81%(8/31)低(P<0.05)。结论:有创-无创序贯通气治疗重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者,可缩短机械通气时间,降低VAP发生率,加快患者康复进程。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application value of invasive-non-invasive sequential ventilation in patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 64 patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in a hospital from February 2018 to December 2019, 31 patients with traditional invasive mechanical ventilation were used as the control group, and 33 patients with invasive-noninvasive sequential ventilation were used as the study group. The mechanical ventilation time, ICU hospital stay, and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) were compared between the two groups. Results:The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of VAP in the study group was 6.06%(2/33) lower than that in the control group’s 25.81%(8/31)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Invasive-noninvasive sequential through-air therapy in patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure can shorten the time of mechanical ventilation, reduce the incidence of VAP, and speed up the rehabilitation process of patients.
