二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的临床疗效

目的:分析二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取某院多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者80例,选取时间从2017年5月~2018年11月,随机将患者分成参照组及观察组各40例。参照组接受克罗米芬治疗,对观察组施行二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗,分析、比较两组的临床指标和排卵、妊娠、早孕流产情况。结果:经干预后,两组的T、LH及FSH水平相较于干预前均降低,且观察组的T、LH水平低于参照组,统计学差异均有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的排卵、妊娠发生几率分别相较于参照组均较高,观察组的早孕流产率相较于参照组低,统计学差异均有意义(P<0.05)。结论:对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者行二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗,可改善患者T、LH及FSH水平,提高排卵、妊娠几率,降低早孕流产率,效果明显。

Clinical Efficacy of Metformin Combined with Clomiphene in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Infertility

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility.Methods:80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility in a hospital from May 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received clomiphene and the observation group received metformin combined with clomiphene.The clinical indexes of ovulation,pregnancy and abortion in early pregnancy were analyzed and compared.Results:After the intervention,T,LH and FSH levels of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and T and LH levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of metformin and clomiphene can improve the level of T,LH and FSH,increase the rate of ovulation and pregnancy,and reduce the abortion rate of early pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility,with significant effect.
