子宫内膜息肉不孕患者采用宫腔镜下息肉摘除术治疗的疗效观察

目的:探讨宫腔镜下息肉摘除术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年1月~2018年4月治疗子宫内膜息肉的80例患者分为两组,A组采用宫腔镜下刮宫术,B组采用宫腔镜下息肉摘除术,比较两组的手术疗效。结果:两组术前子宫内膜厚度差异不明显(P>0.05);B组术后子宫内膜厚度、术中出血量明显少于A组,手术时间、抗生素使用时间及住院时间明显短于A组,受孕率明显高于A组,复发率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下息肉摘除术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症,能有效缩短患者的手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高患者受孕率,适合用于临床推广。

Effect of Hysteroscopic Polypectomy on Infertility Patients with Endometrial Polyps

Objective:To Discuss the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment of infertility due to endometrial polyps.Methods:Eighty patients with endometrial polyps treated in a hospital from January 2015 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The group A underwent hysteroscopic curettage and the group B underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy.The surgical treatment between the two groups were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before operation(P>0.05). The endometrial thickness and intraoperative bleeding volume in group B were significantly less than those in group A,the operation time, antibiotic use time and hospitalization time in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A,the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that in group A, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in group A,and the differences in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment of endometrial polyp infertility can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding,and improve the pregnancy rate of patients, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
