血液透析患者残余肾功能与血压的相关性分析

目的:分析血液透析患者残余肾功能与血压的相关性,为临床治疗提供有效指导。方法:回顾性收集某院血透室2017年8月~2019年2月行血液透析治疗的65例患者临床资料,依据残余肾功能有无情况分为有残余肾功能组(21例)与无残余肾功能组(44例),统计两组稳定血液透析3个月时1周内平均收缩压与平均舒张压测定结果,比较两组平均收缩压与舒张压水平差异,并分析血液透析患者残余肾功能与血压的相关性。结果:有残余肾功能组平均收缩压、平均舒张压水平均较无残余肾功能组低(P<0.05);一般线性回归分析检验得到线性回归方程:Y=31.775+0.577 X 1+0.566 X 2,结果显示血液透析患者残余肾功能与血压水平息息相关(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析患者残余肾功能与血压水平息息相关,临床行血液透析治疗时需采取有效控制血压措施,以保护残余肾功能。

Correlation Analysis between Residual Renal Function and Blood Pressure in Patients with Hemodialysis

Objective:To analyze the correlation between residual renal function and blood pressure in patients with hemodialysis,and to provide effective guidance for clinical treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients with hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room of hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively collected,and they were divided into residual renal function group(21 cases)and no-residual renal function group(44 cases)according to the residual renal function.The mean systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure within 1 week in the two groups were recorded after 3 months of hemodialysis.The difference of mean systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure between the two groups was compared,and the correlation between residual renal function and blood pressure in patients with hemodialysis was analyzed.Results:The levels of mean systolic pressure and mean diastolic pressure in residual renal function group were lower than those in no-residual renal function group(P<0.05).The general linear regression analysis test was performed to obtain the linear regression equation:Y=31.775+0.577 X 1+0.566 X 2,and the results showed that residual renal function was closely related to blood pressure level in hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The residual renal function is closely related to blood pressure level in hemodialysis patients,and effective blood pressure control measures must be taken during clinical hemodialysis treatment to protect residual renal function.
