腹腔镜下宫外孕手术临床效果及对远期生育结局的影响

目的:分析腹腔镜下宫外孕手术的临床疗效及对患者远期生育结局的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年12月136例医院收治的宫外孕患者,将入组患者按照数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组68例。对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗,观察组采取腹腔镜手术治疗,观察两组患者手术及预后方面的差异,随访1年,观察两组患者宫内妊娠率。结果:观察组手术及预后各指标方面均低于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年发现观察组宫内妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下宫外孕手术具有微创、高效、安全性高的优势,且对患者远期生育结局的影响小,值得在临床中推广使用。

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery and Its Influence on the Long-Term Reproductive Outcome

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery and its effect on the long-term fertility outcome of patients. Methods:136 Patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to digital table method, 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine laparotomy, and the observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery. The difference of operation and prognosis between the two groups was observed, and the rate of intrauterine pregnancy in the two groups was observed for 1 years. Results: The surgical and prognostic indexes of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 1 year of follow-up, the intrauterine pregnancy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery has the advantages of minimally invasive, efficient and safe, and has little effect on the long-term fertility outcome of patients, and it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
