超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术的并发症及危险因素分析

目的:探讨超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术的并发症情况及其危险因素。方法:选取2016年3月~2019年12月期间在某院行超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术的患者100例,观察记录患者在穿刺后出现的并发症。收集患者的临床资料,单因素和多因素分析超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检穿刺后并发症的危险因素。结果:超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术成功率为100%,100例患者中共有22例出现穿刺后并发症,发生率为22.00%。单因素分析结果显示,穿刺长度、穿刺次数、肾病种类是超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术并发症的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示穿刺长度≥2cm、穿刺次数≥3次、急性肾功能衰竭是超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术并发症的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:穿刺长度≥2cm、穿刺次数≥3次、急性肾功能衰竭是超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术并发症的危险因素,临床应根据上述危险因素制定好相应的防范措施。

Analysis of Complications and Risk Factors of Ultrasound-Guided Percutaneous Renal Biopsy

Objective:To investigate the complications and risk factors of percutaneous renal biopsy under ultrasound guidance.Methods:100 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy in a hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were selected.The complications were observed and recorded.Clinical data were collected,and risk factors of complications after ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy were analyzed by univariate and multiple factors.Results:The success rate of ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy was 100%,and 22 of the 100 patients had post-puncture complications with an incidence of 22.00%.Univariate analysis showed that puncture length,number of punctures,and types of nephropathy were the influencing factors for the complications of ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal puncture biopsy(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that puncture length≥2cm,number of punctures≥3 times,and acute renal failure were risk factors for complications of percutaneous renal biopsy under ultrasound guidance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The puncture length≥2cm,the number of puncture≥3 times,and acute renal failure are the risk factors for complications of percutaneous renal biopsy under ultrasound guidance.Corresponding preventive measures should be formulated in accordance with the above risk factors.
