空管用药与根管充填治疗儿童乳牙牙髓炎的疗效差异

目的:探究空管用药与根管充填治疗儿童乳牙牙髓炎的疗效差异。方法:选择某院于2016年~2018年收治的60例乳牙牙髓炎患儿,按照治疗方式不同将其分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组患儿给予空管用药治疗手段,对照组患儿给予根管充填治疗,对比组间患儿治疗效果及治疗满意度。结果:观察组有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为70%,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为96.7%,对照组满意度为66.7%,观察组满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童乳牙牙髓炎治疗过程中,空管用药治疗比根管充填治疗效果更为显著,能有效提升治疗满意度,同时操作相对简单,充分节省患儿与医师时间,值得临床推广与应用。

Difference of Curative Effect between Empty Tube Medication and Root Canal Filling in the Treatment of Pulpitis of Deciduous Teeth in Children

Objective:To explore the difference of curative effect between empty tube medication and root canal filling in the treatment of pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children.Methods:60 children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth admitted to a hospital from 2016 to 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with empty tube medication,while the control group was treated with root canal filling.The therapeutic effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children,empty tube therapy is more effective than root canal filling.It can effectively improve the satisfaction of treatment.At the same time,the operation is relatively simple and can save the time of children and doctors.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
