纽曼系统模式在先兆早产护理中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨纽曼系统模式在先兆早产护理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析某院2018年1月~2018年12月妇产科住院的80例先兆早产患者资料,按护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用常规先兆早产护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用纽曼系统模式护理。结果:观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,而观察组的心理焦虑程度、早产率及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用纽曼系统模式,能有效降低患者的焦虑度,提高护理满意度,减少早产及不良反应的发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of Newman system model in the nursing of threatened premature delivery.Methods:The data 80 cases of patients with threatened preterm delivery in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group received conventional threatened preterm delivery nursing,and the observation group received Newman system mode nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the level of psychological anxiety,the rate of premature delivery and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Newman system can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of premature delivery and adverse reactions.
