改良腮腺切除术与传统腮腺切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤的临床疗效对比

目的:通过比较改良腮腺切除术与传统腮腺切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤的临床疗效,探讨治疗腮腺肿瘤的有效术式。方法:选择某院口腔科2015年6月~2018年9月间收治的68例腮腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组患者行传统腮腺切除术治疗,观察患者行改良腮腺切除术治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者住院时间明显少于对照组患者,生活质量评分高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为17.6%,显著低于对照组患者的35.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良腮腺切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤的临床疗效优于传统腮腺切除术,在促进患者术后恢复、改善生活质量、降低并发症发生率方面具有重要作用,可在临床推广应用。

Clinical Comparison of Modified Parotidectomy and Traditional Parotidectomy in the Treatment of Parotid Tumors

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of modified parotid gland resection and traditional parotid gland resection in the treatment of parotid tumors, and to explore the effective surgical methods for parotid tumors. Methods:68 patients with parotid gland tumors admitted to stomatology department of a hospital from June 2015 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional parotid gland resection, and the patients were treated with modified parotid gland resection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The hospitalization time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 17.6%, significantly lower than that in the control group(35.3%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified parotid gland resection is superior to traditional parotid gland resection in the treatment of parotid tumors.It plays an important role in promoting postoperative recovery,improving quality of life and reducing the incidence of complications,which can be applied in clinic.
