捻发式吸痰与传统吸痰方法的临床对照研究

目的:比较捻发式吸痰与传统吸痰方法的临床应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年10月在电白区人民医院需要吸痰的60例患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用传统吸痰,观察组采用捻发式吸痰,比较两组患者的心率及血氧饱和度变化情况、黏膜损伤发生率和患者耐受性。结果:观察组的心率增快程度、血氧饱和度提升速度均明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的黏膜损伤发生率明显低于对照组,且患者耐受性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:在吸痰时选择捻发式吸痰可减小对患者心率和血氧饱和度的影响,同时可降低黏膜损伤发生率,患者耐受性更佳,值得进一步推广应用。

A Clinical Comparative Study of Twist-Haired Sputum Aspiration and Traditional Sputum Aspiration

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of twist-haired sputum aspiration and traditional sputum aspiration.Methods:60 patients who needed sputum aspiration from October 2017 to October 2018 in People's Hospital of Bai District were selected as the main research objects.They were divided into 30 cases/group by random expression method.The control group was treated with traditional sputum aspiration,while the observation group was treated with twist-haired sputum aspiration.The changes of heart rate and oxygen saturation,incidence of mucosal injury and patient tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results:The heart rate and oxygen saturation in the observation group were significantly faster than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of mucosal injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the tolerance of the patients was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Twist-haired sputum aspiration can reduce the influence of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation,and reduce the incidence of mucosal injury,and improve the patient's tolerance,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
