血小板及凝血功能联合检测对妊高征的临床意义

目的:就血小板及凝血功能联合检测对妊高征的临床意义进行详细分析与探讨。方法:随机选取2017年6月~2018年8月期间于某院接受治疗的81例妊高症患者以及健康孕妇81例作为本次研究对象。其中,健康孕妇组为对照组,妊高症患者为观察组,分别就两组血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)值、活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)值、凝血酶时间(TT)值、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)值以及血小板(PLT)水平进行分析与比较。结果:研究显示,在对观察组患者以及对照组孕妇相关水平进行详细分析后发现,观察组患者无论是PT、APTT,还是TT、FIB以及PLT与对照组孕妇相比均有非常显著的差异(P<0.05),检验值存在确切统计意义。结论:通过对本次研究结果进行统计后发现,在妊高症患者临床诊断中,通过血小板及凝血功能联合检测,能够有效观测患者病情,对妊娠合并血小板减少症及产后出血的防治有着十分重要的意义。

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Platelet and Coagulation Function in Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical significance of combined detection of platelet and coagulation function in PIH.Methods:81 PIH patients and 81 healthy pregnant women treated in a hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.Among them,healthy pregnant women were the control group and PIH patients were the observation group.The plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin coagulation time(TT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet(PLT)levels were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The results of this study show that after a detailed analysis of the related levels of the observation group and the control group,the author found that there were significant differences in PT,APTT,TT,FIB and PLT between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),and the test values had exact statistical significance.Conclusion:According to the statistical results of this study,the author found that in the clinical diagnosis of preeclampsia patients,the patient's condition can be effectively observed through the combined detection of platelet and coagulation function,it has very important significance on preventing and curing thrombocytopenia in pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage.
