芪丹饮配合中药灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病疗效分析

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者应用芪丹饮配合中药灌肠治疗的效果。方法:在某院接受糖尿病肾病诊治的患者中随机抽取72例,根据所选患者采用治疗方式的差异分为西药治疗组(n=35)和中药治疗组(n=37)。对患者进行饮食指导,进食优质低蛋白食物,同时接受胰岛素注射治疗。西药治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合应用依那普利片治疗,中药治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合应用芪丹饮、中药灌肠治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者FBG,HbAlc,HDL-C差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);中药治疗组患者TC,TG,LDL-C显著低于西药治疗组,两组差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者肾功能指标均获得一定程度的改善,中药治疗组患者BUN,Scr,UAER低于西药治疗组,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者应用芪丹饮配合中药灌肠治疗有助于改善患者肾功能,可使其病情进展得到延缓。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Qidan Decoction Combined with Chinese Herbal Enemain the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qidan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medi-cine enema in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 72 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the difference of the treatment methods.They were divided into two groups:the western medicine treatment group(n=35)and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(n=37).The patients were given dietary guidance and consumed high quality and low protein food,and received insulin injections.The patients in the western medicine group were treated with enalapril tablets on the basis of routine treatment,and the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with Qidan decoction and enema on the basis of routine treatment.Results:After treatment,FBG,HbAlc and HDL-C in the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),while TC,TG and LDL-C in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine treatment group,with statistical significance in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function indexes of the two groups were improved to some extent,the BUN,Scr,UAER of the Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that of the western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qidan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is helpful to improve the renal function of the patients and delay the progress of the disease.
