手术室麻醉苏醒护理减少腹部手术患者全麻苏醒期躁动的临床效果

目的:探析腹部手术患者实施手术室麻醉苏醒护理的临床效果及对降低患者全麻苏醒期躁动中的作用。方法:将120例腹部手术患者按随机数字表法,均分成常规组与干预组各60例,前者予以常规护理,后者在常规护理的基础之上再予以手术室麻醉苏醒护理,对两组患者的心率、血压以及全麻苏醒期躁动发生情况进行观察与比较。结果:干预组患者躁动发生率明显低于常规组,差异显著(χ2=5.141,P<0.05);干预组苏醒期心率、血压均低于常规组苏醒期,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹部手术患者予以手术室麻醉苏醒护理,可降低全麻苏醒期躁动的发生。

Clinical Effect of Operating Room Anesthesia Resuscitation Nursing to Reduce the Agitation of Patients Undergoing Abdominal Surgery During Recovery from General Anesthesia

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of operating room anesthesia resuscitation nursing to reduce the agitation of Patients undergoing abdominal surgery during recovery from general anesthesia.Methods:120 patients with abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the conventional group(60 cases)and the intervention group(60 cases);The former was given routine care,and the latter was given anesthesia on the basis of routine nursing.Wake up care.The heart rate,blood pressure and the occurrence of agitation during general anesthesia were observed and compared.Results:The incidence of agitation in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(χ2=5.141,P<0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure of the intervention group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operating room anesthesia resuscitation nursing in patients with abdominal surgery can reduce the occurrence of agitation during general anesthesia.
